Location: St John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Duke and Water Streets, Kitchener Ontario, CA

“This year’s Advent Bach Vespers features two masterworks by JS Bach.  Cantata 147, ‘Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben’ concludes with the famous and well-loved chorale setting that we know in English as ‘Jesu, joy of man’s desiring’.  The motet is Bach’s double choir work, ‘Komm, Jesu, komm.’”

  • Iasmina Pataca, mezzo soprano
  • Bud Roach, tenor
  • Kirk Lackenbauer, bass baritone
  • Aaron Bueckert, trumpet
