“Thinking of attending Nuit Blanche?  Why not start the night with a fun concert?

Like the rest of us, you probably wish you were on sabbatical with our own violinist Julia Wedman when she took her grand European tour.  Well, now you can experience it in musical form, as I FURIOSI welcomes her back with the harmonious stylings of her many ports of call.

Guest: Lysiane Boulva, harpsichord
Calvin Presbyterian Church
26 Delisle Avenue
Toronto Ontario, Canada
Wheelchair accessible
Tickets ONLY AT THE DOOR

I FURIOSI is one of the world’s most innovative Baroque ensembles, comprised of four of Canada’s leading early music specialists: soprano Gabrielle McLaughlin, violinists Aisslinn Nosky and Julia Wedman and cellist/gambist Felix Deak. These four bold musicians celebrate I FURIOSI’s Eleventh Season by invoking the "bizarre and unnatural" aesthetic both esteemed and reviled in the Baroque era. Captivating performance style and inspired thematic programming has garnered I FURIOSI a reputation as a rebellious and ground breaking force in the Canadian and international early music scene.
