The Singers’ Retreat will present its' Autumn session o­n the weekend of October 18th and 19th, 2008, at the San Francisco Theological Seminary Conference Center in San Anselmo, Marin County, CA. Singers can again look forward to a stimulating weekend of sight-singing Renaissance polyphony with accompanying lectures, under the inspired leadership of Professor Bill Mahrt of Stanford University, as well as enjoying our infectious mix of good company and good food. ...
The Singers' Retreat will focus o­n music from the Renaissance Period. The exact repertoire will be posted here when it becomes available.

2008's Spring Retreat focused o­n the music of Thomas Tallis (c.1505 - 1585). Bill remarked that this was o­ne of his most rewarding Retreats. "We have not often had such a good group of musicians!"

The number of accepted sopranos is limited. Register early to ensure you join us.There are no limitations o­n the number of basses and tenors. "
