A recital program of early German music for organ and harpsichord. Roman organist and harpsichordist Giuseppe Schinaia directs the baroque vocal ensemble "Harmonia Musicae", specialized in early Italian and French compositions. He also actively explores the neglected patrimony of historic organs in Rome and central Italy. His recent activities include recitals in Italy and the U.S., continuo playing with vocal and instrumental ensembles and musicological research in collaboration with the CMBV in Versailles. He is also a faculty member of the University of Rome “la Sapienza” in Italy, where he conducts research projects in applied mathematics.
