"The Company was founded in 1984, and is a group of about twenty men and women, of all ages and with a wide variety of occupations. We perform the social dances of the 18th century, in particular the minuet, in full authentic costume, and aim to recapture the spirit and atmosphere of the grand events that took place in the Georgian Assembly Rooms.
