It is addressed to harpsichordists, organists, singers, wind and string players (with baroque instruments), and ensembles, better if already established.

Holland Baroque Society is six years old! During all those beautiful, music-filled years we’ve regularly found ourselves collaborating with soloists and directors of great name and renown – such as violin virtuoso Rachel Podger, early-music star Emma Kirkby, composer Nico Muhly, singer/songwriter Teitur, as well as the complete Nederlands Kamerkoor. And some of those guests have become close friends, like flute-player Alexis Kossenko, who’s performed with us on several occasions. We recorded our second CD with Alexis, and he’ll be back next season with the music of CPE Bach. We’ve also built up a warm relationship with Milos Valent – clearly audible on our latest CD Barbaric Beauty, appearing in autumn 2011. Milos takes us along to a Polish tavern, where we meet Telemann, and get to know some dance music both barbaric and beautiful…
