With this dance, chosen especially for its being easy and quick to learn, the choreographer and workshop leader Christine Bayle will focus on speed of execution and virtuosity, which does not depend only on the work of the feet but also on the management and feeling of one's energy.
  

This workshop includes training in baroque dance technique, study of the ‘port de bras’ and working on 18th-century repertoire.
