Why are the ticket prices not published with concert listings?
Ticket prices along with any items having to deal with financial issues will not be published on EarlyMusicNews.org. This policy is to avoid any mis-quotes on items which may have financial repercussions to members, groups, performers or companies. Links to the sites that accompany each news items will re-direct the reader to the appropriate originating site where the ticket prices/financial data will be listed.
NOTE: EarlyMusicNews.org may, from time to time, display pricing/financial data at its own discretion.
How do I add a concert date item?
There are two ways of entering a concert item (method 1. is preferable):
- Join the membership to the site, enter the concert data yourself and be as descriptive as possible. A web link to the original source must accompany your submission. Your item will later be verified, validated and edited and may be altered to follow the site's publication format.
(This method is the prefered way of submitting your news articles as EarlyMusicNews.org wishes to promote an active community involvement in the dissemination of early music news.) - Contact the admin to this site and suggest the concert item in question. You may address your suggestion to admin@EarlyMusicNews.org or click on the address found in FAQ/Contact section
All concert submissions must lead to a website. No articles will be accepted where there is no web presence for the article.
